"Just Because..." Is located at our HQ Pre-lit Studio and will be with controlled professional lighting. You will not need to depend on natural light for this scene.

Well behaved pet dogs are allowed at 201 Lofthaus with the following rules:

Pet dogs that are participating in the shoot will be allowed in the space. No more than 2 dogs are allowed in the space at one time. Dogs must be house trained, well behaved and supervised at all times. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or on the second floor of the home. Guests are responsible for cleaning after each pet. Additional cleaning/damage fees may be charged at the end of booking, if deemed necessary by the host. Additional cleaning protocols have been put in place to provide thorough sanitation in between guests to best accommodate all clients. 

Just add on the Pet Fee at check out.

Yes. All bookings include private access to the entire studio, including our non-seasonal spaces.

At 201 Natural Light Haus, the majority of the home will be transformed for the holiday season. While a few spaces will remain evergreen, most areas will feature holiday styling, so we recommend planning your session with that in mind.

At HQ Pre-Lit Studio, the holiday set is contained to a dedicated area of the studio and does not impact access to our evergreen sets. You'll continue to have access to the full studio, including all of our year-round spaces.

The holiday scenes themselves are not removable and will remain styled throughout the season.

However, you're welcome to adjust smaller décor pieces and styling elements to fit your creative vision. We simply ask that everything be returned to its original place before your session ends.

Please note that Christmas trees, large furniture pieces, and major scene elements may not be moved or removed.
