201 Lofthaus HQ comfortably accommodates up to 50 guests for private events, workshops, product launches, and professional gatherings.

Can we bring in our own food and drinks?

Yes, outside light refreshments and catering are permitted for all professional event rentals.

Is there parking available?

Yes, parking is available on-site at 201 Lofthaus HQ for you and your guests.

How far in advance should we book?

Standard professional event rentals can be booked according to our regular scheduling availability. However, specialized seasonal packages (such as the Holiday Client Appreciation Experience) require a minimum of 14 calendar days' advance notice.

What is the booking and cancellation policy?

All bookings require full payment at checkout to confirm your reservation slot. Seasonal packages and special event bookings follow our seasonal nonrefundable booking policy.
