Your rental begins promptly at your booked time and ends promptly at your end time. Reservation time must include set up, break-down, and clean-up to avoid additional charges. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.

Standard studio reservations may be canceled or rescheduled through the booking site at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Eligible cancellations will receive a full refund minus applicable payment processing fees.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are not permitted. No refund, reschedule, or studio credit will be provided.

Seasonal bookings, memberships, and special offers are non-refundable. If an eligible seasonal booking or special offer is canceled at least 24 hours in advance, the amount paid will be issued as full studio credit toward a future eligible booking.

*Music Videos are not allowed in the space

*Children must be supervised at all times.

*Candles must be in holders that prevent wax from dripping on surfaces and put out at the end of reservation

*Fireworks (including sparklers) are prohibited.

*Frying food is not allowed in the space.

*Nails, tacks, or staples may not be used in the walls or woodwork. If the tape is used, it must be painter’s tape.

*Smoking is prohibited in the Studio and within 25 feet of all building entrances, exits, windows, and air take vents.

*Smoke machines, confetti, and glitter are prohibited in the Studio and within 25 feet of all building entrances, exits, windows, and air take vents

*No illicit drug use is permitted, and the Studio reserves the right to terminate the reservation immediately without refund if such activity occurs.

*Music or other sounds must not be audible beyond the walls, doors, and windows of the Studio.

*Set up and breakdown times must fall within the total reservation period reserved. It is the responsibility of Renter and its vendors to set up, break down, and move equipment and other items within the Studio.

*The renter may not sublease the Studio to any third party.

*Company representatives may monitor all activities in the Studio and have the authority to enforce this Agreement. A Company representative may terminate the rental if Group breaches this Agreement or applicable local law.

*Explicit sexual activity is strictly prohibited. Tasteful Boudoir shoots are allowed.

You are responsible for any damage to the Studio including spills, scratches, excessive wear, marks, or stains on furniture, fixtures, floors, or painted surfaces. The Studio and all furnishings and equipment therein must be left clean and in good condition. Renters and guests should wear the provided protective shoe coverings to help protect the floor from damage. Models are not required to wear shoe coverings. All professional stands/equipment should be placed in provided floor protectors. Trash should be in trashcans, equipment returned to its proper place, and any larger trash disposed of in the outside trash cans. Please return furniture and decorations to its original location prior to the end of your booking time. If the Studio is not in the same condition when rented, the Renter agrees to pay, as applicable (i) a minimum of a $100 cleaning fee (based on the amount of time required to clean the Studio at a rate of $100 per hour); and (ii) the cost to repair and replace any damage done to the Studio and the furnishings and equipment therein caused the Group.

Once you access the Studio, if you feel there is damage to any of the furnishings, equipment, or Studio we should be aware of, please contact us immediately.

By booking a reservation at 201 Lofthaus, I, the undersigned client, acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Assumption of Responsibility

I accept full responsibility for all individuals (guests, participants, crew, and others) that I bring into 201 Lofthaus during my rental period. I understand that I am responsible for their actions, behavior, and safety while on the premises.

Release of Liability

I, on behalf of myself, my business, and any individuals attending or participating in my rental at 201 Lofthaus, hereby release and discharge 201 Lofthaus, its owners, employees, and agents, from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or any loss arising out of or connected with my use of the space.

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 201 Lofthaus, its owners, employees, and agents, from any liability, claims, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from injuries, damages, or losses incurred by myself, my guests, or third parties during my use of the premises.

Damage to Property

I acknowledge that I am responsible for any damages caused to the property, furnishings, or equipment at 201 Lofthaus during my rental. I agree to cover the costs of any repairs or replacements resulting from damage incurred by myself or my guests.

By proceeding with this booking, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms outlined in this Liability Waiver and Indemnification Agreement. I understand that this waiver applies to the current booking as well as any future bookings unless otherwise agreed in writing.

I understand that this is a legally binding document and, by continuing with this booking, I agree to the terms above.
