201 Lofthaus is a styled content Haus studio designed to provide a versatile, photo-ready backdrop for various photoshoots, small productions, brand campaigns, podcasts and content creation. With 7+ styled spaces included you can batch create a variety of content in one location. 

There is Free street parking on the street 201 Lofthaus is located. The studio is on a corner private lot and easily accessible. The check in instructions will be sent via our studio guide when your booking is confirmed. Check In is a breeze and you'll be able to walk right in at the time of your booking.

The exact address of 201 Lofthaus will be provided in your booking confirmation email after your session has been secured. 201 Lofthaus is located minutes away from restaurants and scenic outdoor locations in Houston Heights.

201 Lofthaus has natural light that can be filtered. The Lofthaus faces South and receives great lighting throughout the day. Not sound proof but sound is good with a microphone & professional equipment.

15-20 people will fit comfortably within our space for photoshoots and small workshops.
