Yes, we do allow well behaved Pet dogs for the holidays, but with restrictions. Restrictions can be found here. Please review our studio rules and pet policy to avoid additional cleaning or damage fees.

Everything inside of 201 Lofthaus can be a prop! There is an assortment of books, candles, and movable decor throughout the Haus. There are kitchen props: utensils, cookware, glasses, mugs, plates, bowls and trays. An assortment of chairs, stools, desks, and 10ft paper backdrops. There is also 2 included Daylight Lamps.
What's the parking and check in process?
There is Free street parking on the street 201 Lofthaus is located. The studio is on a corner private lot and easily accessible. The check in instructions will be sent via our studio guide when your booking is confirmed. Check In is a breeze and you'll be able to walk right in at the time of your booking.
How many people are allowed inside at once?
15 people are allowed in the space at one time. We understand that the total number may be higher for mini sessions and that is okay as long as sessions are staggered.

You'll find your dedicated space for makeup and getting dressed in our specially designed Glamour room at 201 Lofthaus. Complete with a vanity, wardrobe rack, full-length mirror, steamer, and more, it ensures you're fully equipped and styled for a successful shoot, all in one convenient setting.
What are the dates for the holiday decor?
Haus for the Holidays will debut on October 26, 2024 and will be available through December 27, 2024. The decor is not moveable during this timeframe.
How much does it cost to book 201 Lofthaus with the Holiday decor?
Our Haus for the Holidays include all 4 Christmas styled spaces plus access to the glamour room and all other spaces inside 201 Lofthaus. The Lofthaus along with all of the provided props, bluetooth speakers, wifi and additional LED lights are included at $150/hour.
