Pet dogs that are participating in the shoot will be allowed in the space.
No more than 2 dogs are allowed in the space at one time. Dogs must be house trained, well behaved and supervised at all times.
Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or on the second floor of the home.
Guests are responsible for cleaning after each pet. Additional cleaning/damage fees may be charged at the end of booking, if deemed necessary by the host.
Additional cleaning protocols have been put in place to provide thorough sanitation in between guests to best accommodate all clients.

Music Videos are not allowed at 201 Lofthaus
All children must be supervised at all times.
Candles must be in holders that prevent wax from dripping on surfaces.
Fireworks (including sparklers) are prohibited.
Nails, tacks, or staples may not be used in the walls or woodwork. If the tape is used, it must be painter’s tape.
Smoking is prohibited at 201 Lofthaus and within 25 feet of all building entrances, exits, windows, and air take vents.
Smoke machines, confetti, and glitter are prohibited at 201 Lofthaus and within 25 feet of all building entrances, exits, windows, and air take vents
No illicit drug use is permitted, and 201 Lofthaus reserves the right to terminate the reservation immediately without refund if such activity occurs.
Music or other sounds must not be audible beyond the walls, doors, and windows of the 201 Lofthaus.
The renter may not sublease 201 Lofthaus to any third party.
Company representatives may monitor all activities in 201 Lofthaus and have the authority to enforce this Agreement. A Company representative may terminate the rental if Group breaches this Agreement or applicable local law.
Explicit sexual activity is strictly prohibited. Tasteful Boudoir shoots are allowed.

Thank you for booking with 201 Lofthaus. We appreciate your business and to help provide the best experience for all parties, please take a look at a general overview of our policies and restrictions.

Booking Reservation
Your rental begins promptly at your booked time and ends promptly at your end time. Reservation time must include set up, break-down, and clean-up to avoid additional charges. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.

You can change or cancel your rental reservation with no additional charge at any time 24 hours before your reservation is set to begin through the booking site. Upon cancellation, you will receive a full refund minus service charges. Cancellations and rescheduling requests received within less than 24 hours of the start time of your reservation are not permitted. No refunds will be given.

Natural Light

The Kitchen & Living Space receive direct light in the morning through East facing windows. The Living Space also receives light through South facing windows.

All White Space receives a ton of light all day. The direct light begins late afternoon.

The Master suite receives light through the South and West facing windows with direct light in late afternoon. The Bali Inspired Room receives light from west facing windows with direct light in late afternoon.
